KNITTING

Mastering the precision

We produce an assorted choice of knitting in various designs and textures with advanced Mayer & Cie machines from Germany & Pailung circular knitting machines from Taiwan and highest quality yarns.

PRINTING & EMBROIDERY

Inheriting the rainbow

Plastisol, Glitter, Pigment and Foil Printing are some of the variants of screen printing. Azo-free dyes and chemicals are used and the customized prints in eye-catching colours leave a durable impression on the finished garments. The Printing Unit is equipped appropriately to produce 26,000 pieces per day and up to 20 colors in one design with automatic M&R machines. Size is not a restriction as we can cover print areas practically bigger than garments, the maximum size being 80 cm x 110 cm! We have TAJIMA & BARUDAN with capability to handle sequence embroidery and a capacity close to half million stitches per day.

DYEING

Clean and Nature friendly

Technologically always ahead in sustainable manufacturing, we have installed earth-positive machines like German THIES Soft flow Dyeing machines, Swiss-made SANTEX Padding & Drying machine, DATACOLOR Lab Equipment & Compacting machines from USA, German Bruckner Stenter and Italian Ferraro Brushing and Raising machines.Our Effluent Treatment Plant is in conformance with the Government, with RO Unit, Multiple Evaporators and Zero Discharge Unit by adapting innovative strategies from time to time.

SEWING

Deft & agile workmanship

With the help of Lectra CAD expertise, the fabric undergoes immaculate cutting processes in multifarious styles at the cutting department. At our four closely located sewing units, the fusion of world class sewing machines and a hard working team ensures a capacity of 50,000 units a day. Every piece of garment satisfies all the parameters.

WASHING

Our In-house washing handles fabric panels & garments with a variety of washes.
